CURRENT CHALLENGE

Prior to working with EAB, St. Norbert College hired another company to provide recommendations for how to approach updating their website. It wasn’t long before they realized that they needed more robust strategic guidance and asked us to fill the void.

The last time St. Norbert redesigned their site was in 2012, so every aspect of how it was organized, what content needed to be updated, and how the technology was being implemented had to be evaluated.

We began the assignment in the fall of 2021 and anticipate a phased launch beginning in July of 2022. Our primary objectives are to:

• Establish a streamlined and organized information architecture

• Design responsive page templates that improve user experience and offer increased flexibility for some content authors and restricted access for others

• Evaluate and maximize how the existing CMS is set-up to take advantage of back-end features that are not currently in use

• Recommend opportunities for dynamic content and 3rd party integrations

• Update the visual design and copywriting approach to align with the brand and incorporate SEO and accessibility best practices
